Compensation
- Step 3: $29.22 per hour ($60,778 annually)
- 1st Raise after 6 months: $30.55 per hour ($63,544 annually)
- $500 bonus after 120 days and another $500 after one year
- Shift differential pay for 2nd & 3rd shift
- Longevity increases start at the fifth year

- Assist residents with medical treatments and daily living activities
- Complete physician orders, exams, treatments, specimen collection, and medication administration including controlled substances
- Document resident condition in Point-Click-Care system and report to medical team
- Create reports such as progress notes, care plans, monthly summaries
- Provide general nursing and direct care (vital signs, ambulation, range of motion)
- Escort and support residents at medical appointments or recreational activities
- Redirect unsafe actions to improve safety and outcomes
- Apply safety and infection control measures
- Assist Therapeutic Program Workers (STNA) as required
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and other required duties
- License to practice nursing (LPN) issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing
- Proof of completion of approved medication administration course
- Certification in IV Therapy required for dialysis administration (Section 4723.17, Ohio Rev. Code)
- Minimum 6 months experience as an LPN in a nursing home or equivalent setting
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work weekends and overtime as needed
