Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Domiciliary (DOM+) 2nd Shift Part‑Time

Hours:

Part‑Time (1500‑2330 p.m.)

• Assist residents with medical treatments, observe and report needs to the medical team.
• Complete physician orders, administer medication (including controlled substances), and collect specimens.
• Document residents’ conditions in the Point‑Click‑Care system and generate reports such as progress notes and care plans.
• Provide general nursing care: vital signs, ambulation, range of motion, activities of daily living.
• Escort residents to medical appointments or recreational activities and redirect unsafe actions.
• Apply safety and infection control measures and support Therapeutic Program Workers (STNA).
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and other duties as assigned.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing (Section 4723.17).
• Proven experience working in a long‑term or domiciliary setting is preferred.
• Certification in IV Therapy (Section 4723.17) is required for administering dialysis treatment.
• Knowledge of medication administration and familiarity with the Ohio Revised Code is required.

• Pay: $29.22 per hour (Step 3, $60,778 annually). 1st raise after 6 months: $30.55 per hour ($63,544 annually).
• Bonuses: $500 after 120 days and another $500 after one year; potential referral bonuses up to $4,000.
• Shift differential pay for 2nd & 3rd shift and overtime opportunities.
• Tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 annually.
