- Starting hourly pay: $22.60 per hour ($47,008 annually)
- 1st raise in 6 months to $22.96 per hour
- $500 bonus after 120 days and another $500 after one year
- Multiple pay increases over years of service
- Shift differential pay for 2nd & 3rd shift
- Longevity increases begin in the fifth year and grow with continued service
- Overtime opportunities
- Tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 annually

- Assist with eating, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, oral hygiene, dressing, grooming, communication, and feeding
- Transport residents to activities or programs
- Complete required daily and monthly documentation
- Observe & report changes in symptoms, behaviors, accidents, incidents, or injuries to charge nurse
- Perform light housekeeping duties in living areas
- Apply safety & infection control measures
- Assist with redirecting unsafe actions to promote positive outcomes
- Assist nursing personnel with admission, discharge, and transfer of residents

- Formal education in arithmetic including addition & subtraction, and reading, writing & speaking in English
- High school diploma or equivalent per Ohio Administrative Code (Department of Developmental Disabilities)
- STNA certification and/or listing on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry for Veteran Services positions
- Valid driver’s license if the role requires motor vehicle operation
May be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, be exposed to bodily fluids and infectious diseases, work weekends and mandatory overtime.
