Your Role:

• Monitor and analyze infection data; recommend action plans

• Ensure compliance with infection prevention policies and regulations

• Educate and support staff across all departments

• Develop policies and procedures to protect residents and staff

• Report infection control data internally and externally

Qualifications:

• Infection Prevention Certification required

• RN license in Ohio required

• Long-term care experience is necessary

• CPR certification

• Strong skills in teaching, policy development, and clinical evaluation
