Reserve Care in Sandusky, OH is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join a compassionate hospice team. You will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to terminally ill patients in collaboration with the transdisciplinary team, following the Plan of Care.
You will assess physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of the patient and family/caregivers, provide intermittent skilled nursing, monitor pain/symptoms, and support families with education and follow-up as needed.
