You will work with a transdisciplinary team to provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care to terminally ill patients, coordinating each patient’s Plan of Care using the Nursing Process.
Responsibilities include assessing needs, managing pain and symptoms, guiding families, and participating in on-call and discharge planning.
