General Manager – Cinco Niño’s

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a
General Manager for Cinco Niño’s. In this role, you’ll oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives on a day-to-day basis in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation of the restaurant’s dining room and kitchen areas.

• Ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency through leadership.
• Providing hands‑on leadership to the restaurant and kitchen staff, offering support, guidance, and helping to resolve any challenges.
• Responsible for managing both the revenue and (P&L) Profit & Loss of the restaurant.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to restaurant team as it strives to provide the highest quality standards and services.

• We do require that you have experience consisting of five years’ extensive managerial and supervisory experience as a Food and Beverage Director, General Manager, or Assistant General Manager of a high‑volume restaurant or food and beverage operation.
• General food and beverage knowledge, involving at least 1 year of front‑of‑the‑house operations in a hotel or resort setting, is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, management, co‑workers, and stakeholders.
• Hands‑on leadership is required.
