In this role, you’ll oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives on a day-to-day basis in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation of the restaurant’s dining room and kitchen areas. As a leader, you’ll bring our Promise to life—supporting associates, inspiring teamwork, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Providing hands‑on leadership to the restaurant and kitchen staff, offering support, guidance, and helping to resolve any challenges.
• Responsible for managing both the revenue and (P&L) Profit & Loss of the restaurant.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the restaurant team as it strives to provide the highest quality standards and services.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in high‑volume food & beverage operations, with preferred hotel or resort front‑of‑house exposure.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage cost controls, effective communication skills, and ability to lead hands‑on in fast‑paced environments.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while managing multiple priorities.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
