Food & Beverage Associates' general job duties include serving food and beverages to guests.

• This position requires speaking English on a regular basis to take orders, answer questions about menu items, and have general conversations with guests about the park.
• This position also involves food preparation, some cooking, general cleaning, use of register/point of sale, and other duties as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, attentive, and responsive to guest needs and requests.
• Food & Beverage Associates make guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories, interact with different people of all ages and backgrounds, while gaining skills, knowledge, and experience.
• Other job duties as assigned and in accordance with business needs.

Must be friendly, smile, and like to be around people. Associates may be assigned to work with a team or independently. Participants must be able to stand for long periods of time.
