Retail Stocking Associate (Part‑time) – Harbor Freight Tools

The anticipated hourly rate is $15.75, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates and their families are eligible for medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short‑term disability, and a 401(k) plan. Paid time off up to 152 hours per year (including PTO, floating holidays, paid holidays); sick time up to 64 hours per year.

• Provide a great experience for our customers.
• Receive, inspect, and stock product.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Adherence to attendance policy is required.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program).
