Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. is one of the largest independent Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC distributors in America. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Inside Sales professional to join our team at our Sandusky location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical sales and customer service, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and via text that is friendly, helpful, fast, and accurate.
• Maintain and grow existing customer base.
• Build relationship with customers: answer customer questions and ask follow up questions to determine their needs.
• Provide post-sale customer support, including follow-ups, troubleshooting, invoice concerns, etc.
• Work closely with sales team, sales managers, pricing and purchasing team to determine proper pricing.
• Act as an extension of the outside sales force to proactively grow product sales.
• Maintain profitable standards.
• Inform and explain ongoing and upcoming special promotions, programs, and spiffs.
• Process customer payments, returns, and credits.
• Suggest, promote, sell, and upsell products to increase sales volume.
• Secure market level pricing feedback from customers and provide timely price information to sales and product managers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, purchasing notes, flyers, trade magazines.
• Review Wolff Notes on a daily/weekly basis.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Travel as needed.

• Previous customer service required (2-3 yrs).
• Previous inside or outside sales preferred.
• Previous HVAC, plumbing, electrical products knowledge (2-3 yrs).
• Ability to use Outlook, Teams, MS Office, Text, Internet.
• Familiar with Pro Keep, IBMi a plus.
