HIRING IMMEDIATELY! Sunstates Security is currently hiring Flex Data Center Security Officers in the Sandusky, OH area to work as needed/on-call. This position offers a pay rate of $22/hr - weekly pay.

The Flex Data Center Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the physical security of a critical customer site. Daily responsibilities include managing/maintaining Access Control, Cameras and Work order systems.

Daily Operations

• Must adhere to strict cell phone and Uniform policy.
• Perform physical duties such as patrols, inspections, and emergency response activities.
• Perform a minimum of 2 patrols per shift.
• Conduct daily Camera audits to ensure systems remain operational.
• Process Access and Revoke Access tickets precisely.
• Perform badge creation, access credential edits and biometric fingerprinting for clients and customers.
• Read and understand Power BI dashboards and reporting, view the dashboard daily to address failed alarm responses.
• Articulate concerns, comments and questions with guidance via email, work order or team’s channel.
• Respond to Alarms and other KPI’s according to all Service Level Agreements.

Flex Officer Explanation

The Flex Officer position is crucial to our company’s operational and financial success. The flex officer provides trained, competent support by working shifts which become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes. This enables Sunstates to provide continual, uninterrupted service to our customers, while also protecting the health and work balance of our personnel.

Scheduling Expectations

• Will be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need.
• Schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) will vary based on operational need.
• Will be assigned to shifts as they become available due to staffing needs.
• Some shifts will be scheduled in advance and posted with the new week’s schedule; sometimes you will be called with short notice and asked to come in to cover for someone who is unable to work their shift.
• Expected to work any shift for which you are scheduled in advance which falls within the availability described on this sheet.
• For short-notice call-ins, expected to work at least 80% of the shifts for which you are called.
• A security officer may perform duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
