We’re looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader who knows how to run a job site, lead a crew, and deliver work that stands out. This role is for someone who takes ownership, solves problems fast, and takes pride in seeing a project go from start to finish the right way.

• Lead a crew of 2–3 team members
• Run landscape installs, lawn renovations, and property maintenance
• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, and other equipment
• Read and execute blueprints, layouts, and site plans
• Keep jobs on schedule and maintain high quality standards
• Communicate with clients and project managers when needed
• Train and mentor crew members to improve performance
• Maintain job site safety, organization, and equipment care

• 5+ years landscaping experience
• Previous leadership or foreman experience
• Strong landscape construction knowledge
• Experience with grading, drainage, plant installation, and hardscape prep
• Ability to read plans and lay out job sites
• Valid driver’s license and trailer experience
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• High standards and attention to detail
