Roadside Assistant Technician

The towing department is looking for responsible and safety-focused Roadside Assistant Technician
to join our team.

This position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability tomeet DOT certification and insurance requirements

• Operatea service vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Provide roadside assistance services, including
  lockouts, tire changes,battery jumps and installs
• Ensure
  compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
  .
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to provide timely service.
• Maintain accurate service records and vehicle logs.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of assigned service vehicle.

• Valid driver’s license .
• DOT certification or ability to obtain one if needed.
• Clean driving record that meets strict insurance requirements.
• Insurance will review all driving activity, including incidents without fault or tickets.
• Excessive speeding or multiple violations may disqualify applicants.
• Abilityto
  pass a drug test and meet DOT compliance standards
  .
• Previous experience in roadside assistance is a plus, but training is available.
• Strong Customer Service
  and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work, 12hr shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Commission-basedpay
with bonus opportunities. Hourly for Training.
