As you support our office with diverse tasks and assist tax professionals by organizing and entering client data to streamline tax return preparation, you'll gain hands-on tax preparation skills , paving the way for a successful career as a tax professional

Responsibilities:

• Enter client and W-2 information into tax software to initiate the tax interview process.
• Assist in finalizing tax interviews by preparing returns for client signatures and payment.
• Support tax professionals with client interactions and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills (in-person and written).
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems.
• Eagerness to learn tax preparation and pursue continuing education (CE).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
