Montessori Beginnings is looking for you! You are an enthusiastic, nurturing, and dependable Toddler Teacher who brings positive energy, creativity, and initiative to the classroom.

• Create a warm, engaging Montessori-inspired classroom that encourages independence and exploration.
• Plan meaningful, age-appropriate learning experiences and maintain consist ant, positive daily routines.
• Observe and support each child's development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate warmly with families.
• Support daily care, including toileting, diapering, meals, and outdoor play.
• Maintain a safe, organized environment that meets EEC licensing requirements.

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification appropriate for toddlers.
• At least one year of early childhood classroom experience.
• A dependable, punctual team player who communicates openly, collaborates with colleagues, and takes initiative.
• A warm, energetic personality and a genuine love for young children.
• Montessori experience is a plus, but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to complete employer-paid training.
• Ability to regularly get up and down from the floor and safely lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Monday–Friday | Approximately 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

35–40 hours per week, depending on scheduling needs.
