Surgical Assistant, RN Nurse
Cape Cod Eye Surgery and Laser Center (CCE) has a great opportunity for a Per Diem Registered Nurse in our Ambulatory Surgery Center located in Sandwich, MA.
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for patient care in the Pre-Op and Pacu Department of an Ophthalmic ambulatory/day surgery setting.
To qualify, you must…- Be a licensed Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- A minimum of 1 year nursing experience either in medical‑surgical or recovery room.
- Must be CPR and ACLS certified.
- Ophthalmology experience a plus.
Schedule:
Must be able to commit to (2) 10‑hour shifts per month. No weekends or evening hours!
Frequent tasks: lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, handling, reaching, and twisting of weights ranging from light to heavy at heights ranging from the foot to above the head.
Mobility: walking up to 8‑10 hours, standing 3‑8 hours, stooping, bending, balancing, climbing, crouching and sitting.
