** is looking for an upbeat, collaborative
* veterinary technician
* interested in working on the floor in the urgent care and appointment departments. Duties include supporting the DVM in rooms, supporting the team in treatment, completing technician appointments, preparing patients for surgery, monitoring patients during surgery, cleaning and organizing surgical instruments, post-op monitoring, discharging patients, triaging cases, supporting the urgent care DVM in the room and in the treatment area with record keeping, client education, obtaining and running diagnostic samples, performing treatments and assisting with surgical patients where needed.

Education:

* High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

* Veterinary technician experience: 1 year (Preferred)  License/Certification:  
* Veterinary Technician Certification (Preferred)
