We are seeking a qualified candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to effectively lead a team and manage financial functions.

• Oversee daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities
• Supervise part‑time bookkeeper
• Manage internal controls and provide leadership to the accounting team
• Handle treasury matters such as cash management and debt compliance
• Prepare financial reports and conduct balance sheet reconciliations
• Review accounts payable and receivable
• Manage property transactions, insurance, and tax assessments
• Oversee office management duties

The base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
