This position is primarily remote; however, you may be asked to attend in-person training sessions at our Sandy Springs Training Center at the company's discretion.
About the RoleWe are seeking dependable and service-driven individuals to join a leading financial institution as Member Service Representatives (MSRs).
As an MSR, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented support to members through inbound calls. You'll be part of a dynamic team committed to resolving account-related inquiries quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do- Handle inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs
- Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high‑volume environment
- Comfortable using multiple systems and tools to assist members
- Reliable and punctual, especially during training
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandy Springs, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
