We’re looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to help pet parents feel confident and cared for while creating five-star boarding experiences for their furry family members. Think of this as a hotel concierge meets dog whisperer—with a heart for customer service and a nose for what pets (and their people) need.

What You’ll Do:

Greet clients (both human and canine!) with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.

Guide pet parents through our boarding options and recommend the best-fit experiences.

Coordinate bookings and upgrades—from spa treatments to play packages.

Ensure every stay is smooth, safe, and fun—from arrival to pick-up.

Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and daily updates to clients.

Build lasting relationships with repeat clients and their pets.

Maintain a clean, inviting front-of-house area that reflects our brand.

Collaborate with the care team to make each dog’s stay unforgettable.

Have a background in hospitality, customer service, or sales (bonus if you’ve worked in pet care or the service industry).
Are detail-oriented, organized, and love creating seamless experiences.
