US Experienced Financial Advisor

As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you will develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‐office team, and other regional advisors. You will build lasting client relationships, provide tailored, comprehensive investment strategies, and contribute to a firm with a century of history and a commitment to client success.

• Build relationships to acquire new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).
• Deeply understand clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to create personalized strategies that help them achieve their goals.
• Oversee branch processes and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience in accordance with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Engage the branch team to develop, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results.
• Create a highly engaging branch environment built on mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
• Utilize a firm‑provided branch office and support network, including client support and regional coordination, to deliver optimal client service.

• Series 7 and Series 66 required.
• Experience in financial services with successful client relationships and deep investment knowledge.
• State insurance licenses preferred.
• Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
