Cash Application Specialist

The Cash Application Specialist will support the accounting and finance function by accurately processing, reconciling, and applying high-volume payments. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Accurately apply payments to customer accounts across various payment channels (ACH, wire, checks, credit card).
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure proper account reconciliation.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions.
• Assist with month-end close activities related to cash applications.
• Prepare reporting related to unapplied cash and outstanding items.

• Demonstrated experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or similar financial operations role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with financial systems and Excel.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
