• Responsible for the precise and timely collection, processing, and reconciliation of supplier rebate payments.
• Ensures accurate distribution of rebate payments to company members and maintains robust records using specialized systems.

• Verify supplier payments against backup documentation, extensively utilizing Microsoft Excel and data manipulation techniques.
• Prepare and format Excel files for seamless integration into the Rebate Management Tracking System using tools such as the "450 Transformer."
• Reconcile supplier payments with member accruals, identifying and addressing discrepancies, and coordinating corrections with contract maintenance representatives as needed.
• Communicate proactively with supplier contacts to resolve payment issues, backup discrepancies, aging items, or remittance format corrections.
• Develop a thorough understanding of assigned supplier rebate programs, including all parameters and exclusions.
• Seek clarification from category management or approved suppliers to ensure accurate compliance with rebate terms.
• Leverage effective follow-up skills to prompt timely supplier responses and recover past due rebates.
• Update the Rebate Management System with accuracy based on supplier communications and resolutions.
• Conduct detailed analysis and research to prepare quarterly supplier reports and recover missing rebate payments for members.
• Perform data comparisons to detect anomalies and discrepancies in rebate data, ensuring data integrity at all stages.
