Overview

Our client located in Sandy Springs, GA is looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to join their practice and assist in a variety of roles. This is a Temp-to-Perm position with pay between $25.00/hr and $29.00/hr this role supports the Membership Administration & Patient Services team as the first point of contact for patients, managing annual renewals, scheduling membership meetings with physicians, collecting and processing payments, and ensuring smooth enrollment.

The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and comfort working in both administrative and physician-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate new patient appointments between patients and physicians
  • Manage patients onboarding data process, including obtaining paperwork and verifying information
  • Collect and process payments (daily transactions and bi-monthly credit card runs)
  • Maintain accurate member records and update information in the system
  • Answer phones and assist patients with questions related to membership or billing
  • Support Accounts Receivable as needed
  • Provide professional, concierge-level service to all patients
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable or medical billing
  • Polished and professional customer service background — ideally with VIP or concierge experience
  • Prior medical front office, billing, or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with eClinical

    Works (eCW)
    is a plus but not required
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive patient interactions with discretion
