Why This Role ExistsWe’re growing and need a senior recruiter who can own searches end to end. This is not a training role. It’s not a brand-new desk. You’ll inherit real accounts, real expectations, and real volume with the freedom to take on more if you want it. Over time, this role can also lead a team and operate like a true pod leader.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Run full-cycle recruiting from intake to close across techs through executives
- Own delivery for active client accounts - speed, quality, and candidate control matter
- Source aggressively when needed; leverage team when available
- Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, feedback, and close
- Partner closely with leadership on prioritization and search strategy
- Bring in new business if you want it - rewarded, not required
- Operate with autonomy and accountability in a startup environment
- Consistent monthly production
- Clean pipelines and tight process
- High close rates and strong client trust
- Candidates that stay placed
- Leadership trusting you with harder, higher-impact searches
- Experienced recruiters with full-desk background
- Comfortable recruiting techs through executives in MHE, automation, or adjacent industries
- Organized, competitive, and self-directed
- Students of the craft - sourcing, market mapping, messaging, closing
- People who want responsibility, not structure handed to them
- Recruiters who need heavy process or supervision
