Top work/life balance company in Atlanta is looking for a Cyber Security Engineer/Architect to work 100% onsite in Sandy Springs. We’re hiring a Senior IT Security Engineer/Architect to lead enterprise security efforts on a contract basis. If you're passionate about designing secure architectures, defending networks, and driving security strategy—this role is for you.
What You'll Do- Architect and implement robust IT security solutions
- Collaborate across teams to embed security best practices
- Guide security policy development & awareness training
- 5+ years of experience in IT security (engineering/architecture)
- Certifications like CISSP, CEH, or CISM are a big plus
- Expertise with cloud & on-prem security (Microsoft 365, Azure, SCCM, VPNs, MFA)
- Strong understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.
