Integration Test Lead

Job Description

We are looking for an Integration Test Lead to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA United States.

• Lead integration testing across complex, multi-system environments.
• Drive integration testing efforts on-site, Monday through Friday, at the client’s office.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to articulate issues and resolve defects.
• Proactively drive test planning, execution, and analysis for API, web, mobile, and backend services.

• 5–8 years of software testing experience, with at least 3+ years focused on integration testing in complex system landscapes.
• Outstanding communication skills – able to articulate issues clearly and collaborate effectively.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, middleware, data flows, and system interoperability.
• Experience testing across multiple domains (web, mobile, backend services) and technology stacks.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Proficiency with tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, Swagger, or similar API testing tools.
• Solid understanding of SQL and ability to validate backend data.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.

• At least 6 years of experience (individual contributor role).
• Hands‑on testing expertise and exceptional communication skills as an Integration Test Lead.
• On‑site availability at the client’s office, Monday through Friday.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, capable of driving integration testing across complex, multi‑system environments.
