• Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (SMC).
• Conduct or participate in discovery workshops, gather business requirements, perform fit‑gap analysis, and map them to Oracle SMC.
• Configure SMC, create functional design documents, develop, and document test scripts.
• Demonstrate how SMC product features can solve client business problems in Quote to Cash.
• Conduct design workshops, manage and run conference room pilots, and lead user testing and training workshops.
• Work with all stakeholders to monitor and track progress of work streams to ensure successful go‑live.
• Coordinate with offshore functional and technical teams for all project deliverables throughout the implementation phases.
• Support pre‑sales and business development efforts in the SMC area.

• At least 10+ years of implementation/support experience in Oracle ERP applications.
• At least two Oracle Subscription Cloud implementations, working as a Subscription Lead Functional Consultant.

• Excellent functional knowledge and hands‑on experience on Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Quote to Cash processes, Order Management features, and how SMC fits into the overall solution.
• Good knowledge of Oracle SCM – Order Management, Pricing, Product Management, and Install Base.
• Strong understanding of integration points between SMC and upstream applications like CPQ and SFDC and downstream applications like Revenue Management and AR.
• Basic understanding of Oracle Finance modules (GL, AR, Revenue Management) and skill in configuring SLA rules.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and SMC table structures.
• Knowledge of data conversion/migrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, and reporting.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on assignments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work well with offshore teams.
