Provide PMO and Project Management support, serving as the primary liaison to Sonu and AST project teams. This role involves overseeing multiple project work streams and collaborating closely with project managers, account managers, and delivery leadership to ensure successful execution of client engagements.

• Lead and coordinate multiple project teams, ensuring alignment with overall business and delivery objectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, and priorities in collaboration with executive and delivery leadership.
• Direct the development, integration, and delivery of project milestones and key deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and staffing requirements to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
• Provide leadership and strategic insight in structuring and managing large-scale client engagements—typically multi-year contracts involving multiple subcontractors and complex project phases.
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and accountability across cross-functional teams.

• Minimum of 15 years of consulting experience or equivalent, including at least 6 years of project or program management experience within consulting firms supporting public sector clients.
• Proven background in ERP and HCM SaaS applications, preferably with Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Prior experience in one or more of the following roles:
  Solution Architect, Business Development Manager (consultative selling and deal closing), or Project Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, large-scale implementations and collaborate effectively with executive stakeholders.

Cloud Market Knowledge:
Ability to develop cloud market knowledge to become a trusted client advisor (training on IBM's Hybrid Cloud offerings will be provided).
