• Draft, revise, and review contracts and corporate agreements
• Address the contract and corporate needs of our fantastic business clients
• Advise clients on the legal aspects of their matters while providing a cost-benefit analysis
• Work reasonably independently in the performance of legal services after training

• Georgia-licensed attorney with 3+ years of corporate and contracts experience
• Significant technology aptitude and appreciation for being on the cutting-edge of advances in legal services

• $100,000 yearly compensation
• Mid-Senior level position
• Full-time, in-office position at our brand new office in Sandy Springs, Georgia
