The Insurance Defense Attorney will handle a variety of responsibilities, including conducting legal research, preparing and defending cases, drafting motions and pleadings, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice. The role also requires participation in litigation, negotiations, in personal injury cases. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Sandy Springs, GA, requiring active collaboration with the legal team and clients.

• Strong expertise in Insurance Defense.
• Proven ability to provide legal advice and engage in clear, effective communication with clients
• Experience in legal research and the ability to analyze and synthesize case law and legal principles
• Proficiency in Negotiation, especially in resolving disputes and reaching settlements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Georgia State Bar
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
