The Project Manager will oversee assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

• Direct all phases of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
• Maintain accurate documentation for RFIs, change orders, and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues proactively
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience with a general contractor
• Proven ability to manage projects in retail, grocery, or healthcare sectors
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore or similar)
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and quality control processes

• Experience with adaptive reuse or historic renovation projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Relevant certifications in construction management or safety
