Director of Clinical Research | Sandy Springs, GA
We’re seeking an experienced research leader to take ownership of a growing research service line and help drive its strategic, operational, and financial success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead research strategy, vision, and overall service line growth.
- Oversee team performance, productivity, and staff development.
- Manage research budgets, financial forecasting, feasibility, and ROI.
- Lead sponsor relationships, negotiations, and business development opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement, team expansion, and strategic investment.
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership, including the CEO, COO, and CFO, to drive business performance.
- Proven research leadership and team management experience.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Demonstrated success building teams, driving accountability, and improving productivity.
- Executive presence and the ability to develop and execute a growth-oriented research strategy.
- Experience in a specialty healthcare, MSO, or clinical research organization is a plus.
Sandy Springs, GA (onsite)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Travel:
Occasional travel throughout Atlanta and to Florida.
