Job SummaryThe Loader at our Baldwin, WI location is responsible for identifying, gathering, packing and planning shipments. This is a 1st shift onsite role, with hours Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Responsibilities- Load shipments on to trucks in accordance with freight regulations and requirements.
- Maintain and organize product and storage lot.
- Inventory lumber, skids and crates.
- Operate Diesel Load Lifter and Forklifts.
- Fulfill staging requirements of departments supported by position.
- Provide backup to warehouse and assembly as needed.
- Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
- Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.
- Other duties as assigned
- Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in related area of expertise.
- Safely operate equipment.
- Acquire knowledge of department processes and parts.
- Knowledge of freight regulations and requirements.
- Understand customer orders and shipping requirements.
- Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment.
- Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees.
- Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal.
- Reacts to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.
- Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance.

Hourly Pay Range: $22.85
This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.
This position is eligible for a gain sharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.
