We are currently partnering with a local home health agency to find the right candidate for the following position:
Home Health Nursing Supervisor (RN) – Atlanta, GA-FT
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Home Health Nursing Supervisor in our Atlanta, Georgia branch.
The supervisor ensures quality assurance (QA) performance, clinical compliance, and effective team leadership.
Responsibilities- This position is in the office and in the field
- Clinical supervision of the Home Health department
- Staff management of nurses and home health aides
- Coordination of patient care
- Adherence to QA/QI standards
- Maintains regulatory compliance with outside agencies including state licensure and CMS
- Conducts in-home field visits with patients
- RN license (Georgia, unrestricted)
- BSN required;
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing Active experience in home health
- Strong knowledge of PDGM, OASIS, and QA processes
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Homecare Homebase, Well Sky, or similar)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
