As an integral part of our emergency team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Triage and assist with emergency examinations and treatments
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and therapies as directed by veterinarians
• Monitor anesthesia and assist in surgical and critical care procedures
• Perform and process diagnostic tests (radiographs, bloodwork, urinalysis, etc.)
• Provide compassionate nursing care for hospitalized and ICU patients
• Maintain accurate medical records and support clear, empathetic client communication
• Collaborate closely with veterinarians and team members to ensure the best patient outcomes

• Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT) preferred, but strong Veterinary Assistant candidates with advanced technical experience will be considered
• Background in surgery, anesthesia, or emergency/critical care strongly preferred
• Confident technical and patient-handling skills
• Team-oriented attitude and a calm, compassionate presence under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and coworkers
• Physical ability to lift and restrain animals and stand for extended periods
