Responsibilities- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective marketing plans.

- Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and the company alike.
- Real Estate license or in the process of getting one.
- Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Proven track record of setting and achieving personal and professional goals.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.

- Familiarity with the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta real estate market is a plus, but not required.
