As a FASTSIGNS of Sandy Springs Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative
, you will be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business. You will be working to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long term clients.

The sign industry is ever changing and dynamic. All you have to do is look all around and you’ll see there are signs of all types everywhere. You will never be bored working in the sign industry as even the smallest of jobs up to very large projects are unique and highly customized.

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Communicate with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in team meetings and assist in executing business and marketing plan initiatives.
• Support the Center’s success and growth through active involvement in daily operations.
• Serve as a feeder to Outside Sales; understand that Outside Sales plays a critical role in the business.

• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn with the ability to build relationships.
• Excellent listening skills and customer relationship management abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to document and manage information.
• Willingness to learn about sign making and related processes.
• Open to stepping into a path that could lead to Outside Sales in the future.

This position will serve as a feeder to our Outside Sales position. Outside sales involves visiting sales prospects and current customers in person at job sites or offices, and creating new sales opportunities.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
