Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are looking for an occupational therapy assistant to help serve families in our clinic part time from 1:00 - 6:30 during the week. We work with families with children between the ages of 2 and 14 who are navigating dysregulation, sensory sensitivities, attention challenges, & other day to day struggles associated with family life.

The ideal candidate is team oriented and values a relationship driven approach that honors the whole child. We follow connection over compliance always.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including all necessary preparation and post-session clean-up.
• Maintain proactive parent communication and provide tailored home programs to support progress.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including daily notes and progress summaries.

• Have Georgia licensure
• Afternoon availability
• A reliable way to get to work
• Experience working with children
• Compensation starting at $30/visit, subject to amount of experience & skill level (W2 employee status - not a contract position)
• Stipend up to $400 to go towards professional development
• Generous time off around winter holidays
