- Time Program Coordinator Great Prospects, Inc. | Adult Day Program
Hours:
Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm
Looking for a meaningful full-time job? We're hiring an energetic, compassionate, and reliable team member to support young adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD/DD) in our adult day program.
This is a hands-on, active position - not an office job. You'll be on your feet, leading activities, supporting social connections, and participating in community outings.
What You'll Do:- Lead small group activities
- Support social skills and peer engagement
- Assist with community outings and life skills
- Promote independence while ensuring safety
- Help create a fun, structured, and supportive environment
- Experience with IDD/DD preferred
- CPR and Seizure Certification (Paid for by Great Prospects, Inc).
- High-energy, dependable, and patient
- Comfortable being active and on your feet throughout the day
