Java Developer

We're after a Java Developer whose idea of a good day is a deeply collaborative pull request that closed three tickets and opened zero. The pitch is honest — $93,000 - $134,000, real ownership of technology outcomes, and a Byte Forge Labs crew in Sandy Springs that has your back.

• Ship incremental improvements to Byte Forge Labs's Sandy Springs platform on a regular cadence
• Ship Jest fixes to Byte Forge Labs customers in Sandy Springs, GA the same day they report them

• Flask fundamentals plus the Emotional Intelligence polish clients notice
• Demonstrated knack for making the values-led feel manageable
• An instinct for prioritization when everything is labeled urgent
• Comfort with the temporary cadence of a Sandy Springs-based operation
• Equal parts Microsoft Azure depth and Emotional Intelligence curiosity
• Real Flask chops, plus the Kafka curiosity to keep growing
• Comfort interpreting data and translating findings into clear recommendations
