• 75% of the loads are pre‑tarped; pay $25 to remove tarps (potentially $125 per week)

• Paid orientation and training—students receive $600 to $750 during training

• At least 21 years of age
• 1 year of recent CDL Class A experience or 6 months of flatbed CDL Class A experience
• Excellent driving and safety record for the last 3 years
