Orthopedic Surgeon

We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon for a 120-day assignment in Oregon. The role involves managing 24-hour call shifts on weekdays and weekends, with specific dates communicated via email. You will be responsible for responding to ER calls for orthopedic surgery, seeing cases, and providing onsite responses and examinations as needed.

  Average 5-8 phone calls leading to 1-2 cases, plus other onsite responses or exams
• Staffing Mix: PAs also on call
• EMR:

Responsibilities

• Provide orthopedic surgical services
• Respond promptly to ER calls for Orthopedic Surgery
• Conduct onsite responses and examinations for patients not requiring surgery
• Be available during shifts to respond to calls from the facility in a timely manner per medical staff guidelines
