Domino’s is hiring general managers. It’s a tough job that needs judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, enforce all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

You will be in charge of creating schedules, ordering product, training team members, and hiring. A profit‑share bonus is awarded to GMs based on controlling costs within goals.
