As an Accounting Manager – Revenue Accounting at NiCE, you'll play a key leadership role in managing revenue accounting operations for a global, publicly traded SaaS company.

You’ll lead and develop a team of Senior Accountants supporting the CXone line of business, oversee monthly and quarterly revenue close activities, and ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and ASC 606.

This is an opportunity for an experienced revenue accounting professional who enjoys combining technical accounting expertise with team leadership, operational ownership, and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with Finance, accounting leadership, external auditors, and cross-functional business partners to navigate complex revenue arrangements, strengthen accounting processes, and support key financial reporting requirements.

You’ll also play an important role in the implementation of a new revenue recognition system, helping modernize processes, improve controls, and introduce greater automation into a growing and evolving accounting function.

• Lead and develop your team. Manage, mentor, and support a team of Senior Accountants, providing technical guidance, coaching, and oversight of day-to-day revenue accounting activities.
• Own the revenue close process. Lead monthly and quarterly revenue close activities, including reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, revenue recognition schedules, and financial reporting deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Oversee CXone revenue accounting. Take ownership of revenue accounting activities for the CXone line of business, working closely with accounting leadership to maintain consistent processes, strong financial controls, and reliable reporting.
• Apply technical accounting expertise. Provide guidance on complex revenue arrangements, contract reviews, and revenue recognition matters in accordance with ASC 606 and US GAAP.
• Research and document accounting conclusions. Evaluate technical accounting questions and prepare and review accounting memoranda, and support well-reasoned, clearly documented accounting conclusions.
• Support external audits and compliance. Coordinate audit requests, prepare supporting documentation, participate in walkthroughs, and work with external auditors to resolve revenue accounting questions and ensure compliance with public-company reporting requirements.
• Partner across the business. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and other cross-functional stakeholders to resolve revenue-related questions, address accounting challenges, and support accurate financial reporting.
• Help modernize revenue accounting systems. Support the implementation of a new revenue recognition system, working with key stakeholders to improve processes, strengthen controls, reduce manual activities, and introduce automation where appropriate.
