Location – Hoboken, NJ OR Sandy, Utah - hybrid
NICE is currently seeking a high-energy, high-performing, self-starter Executive Assistant to support our newly appointed President, P&T. The role requires a quick thinker who can act with little guidance and manage a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Heavy calendar management and ability to prioritize activities by understanding business needs.
- Make travel arrangements and handle expense reports.
- Assist in coordinating management meetings, offsites, customer meetings, client events etc.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the COO and the Executive Leadership team.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, email and correspondence, responding if appropriate.
- Draft and polish presentations and critical correspondence.
- Assist in tracking key projects and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Special projects including research and reporting.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a large multi-national organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment and quickly shift gears as priorities change.
- Quick study, proactive with proven success in understanding the business.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with both internal and external contacts with professionalism and tact.
- Strong organizational and computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint required).
- Excellent communication (written/presentation) skills and high energy.
- Work independently, with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and customer-focused.
- Proven ability to always think “one step ahead.”
- Flexible and able to act under pressure with minimal guidance and feedback.
- 5 plus years in a similar role.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
