This role entails providing complete administrative support to internal departments while adhering to company processes and policies. The ideal candidate has the ability to effectively prioritize clerical tasks, stay organized in a fast‑paced environment, and communicate clearly as they play a major part in the success of the office.
Administration- Maintain a well‑organized and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Compile and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner and obtain approval from supervisors.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate events.
- Schedule travel.
- Proficiency in data entry, file management, and other administrative support tasks.
- Draft various investment memoranda for new acquisitions, including investment synopsis, memos, executive pool memos, private placement memorandums, transition memos, and briefing book.
- Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, in both verbal and written form.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to produce portfolio operational reports.
- Leverage resources and work effectively with a team to produce high‑quality reports.

- Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and ability to use them effectively.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate social media strategies that align with overall marketing and organizational goals.
- Assist in coordinating company events.

- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong intellect and strategic thinker with solid quantitative, financial, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues, third‑party management, and equity partners.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite—mainly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 1–2 years of recent administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Personable, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to sit for up to 10 hours per day.
- Ability to move freely around the office for up to 10 hours per day.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Compensation Range: $45,000 – $58,000 per year.
