Job Overview

The Lube Technician is our entry‑level position that is responsible for acquiring the skills and techniques to perform a variety of services safely and properly on customers' vehicles and contributing to our team’s success. They will be trained in the company's method for job acceleration and growth for the teammate’s career path while maintaining excellent service and technical/mechanical skills for the customer.

We are looking for entry‑level to skilled Lube Technicians that want to learn and are eager to grow with us.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general vehicle maintenance including replacing air and cabin filters, light bulbs, windshield wipers, checking and adjusting under‑hood fluid levels, testing, servicing, and replacing vehicle batteries, washing windshields, adjusting tire pressure, performing visual safety checks, and looking for fluid leaks.
  • Maintain industry safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate time records and attend meetings as required.
  • Perform basic shop maintenance and daily cleaning, including mopping, window washing, lawn mowing, clearing litter, snow and ice removal, cleaning restrooms and other customer and employee areas as applicable.
  • Follow established grooming and uniform guidelines (uniform shirts, jacket, and belt provided).
  • Support a respectful and healthy workplace environment and perform duties with no damage to vehicles.
  • Complete all required training and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Driver’s license.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing; ability to perform basic math.
  • Ability to safely and properly use mechanical tools without damaging vehicles.
  • Demonstrate self‑accountability, teamwork, willingness, and a desire to learn.
Physical Demands / Work Environment
  • Regular standing, bending, walking; frequent lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Environment can be very loud and requires exposure to elements (summer heat, winter cold, rain, wind).
  • Varying schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
