Senior Project Manager

On any given day, the Senior Project Manager at Tech Nova Group juggles Stakeholder Management and Flexibility, and somehow makes both look deliberate. Tech Nova Group frames it as a partnership — $98,000 - $150,000 for your 8 years, ownership of general work, and growth shared both ways.

• Read between the lines of what Sandy customers actually need
• Use Stakeholder Management to streamline routine tasks and free up capacity
• Keep the Tech Nova Group backlog ruthlessly honest about what's truly next
• Make peace with experiment-friendly ambiguity and ship anyway
• Juggle entrepreneurial priorities without dropping the ones that matter
• Coach newer manager teammates through their first messy general project

• Critical thinking skills and sound, independent judgment
• The integrity to flag your own mistakes first
• Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality
• Pattern recognition earned across many general engagements
• Hands-on experience with modern Flexibility workflows and tooling

As a customer-obsessed leader in general, Tech Nova Group draws top talent to its Sandy, UT headquarters. Psychological safety is something we actively build, so disagreeing in good faith is encouraged.

This manager role pays $98,000 - $150,000 and comes with structured mentorship designed to sharpen your Teamwork and Stakeholder Management over time.
